Welcome back to school. You have an exciting year ahead... Grade 12.
Time to set lifetime goals, work toward scholarship $, and make plans for 2010-2011.
Many of you will be going on to post secondary and if you have chosen this class, quite likely you will be choosing a career path that will involve further study in mathematics.
This class will focus on the study of trigonometry. We begin by "clearing the cobwebs" which means we will make sure that you all have the prerequisite skills in place in order to learn the new material.
Day 1 - August 31 - Distribution of course outline, evaluation plan, formula sheet, and other resources.
Chapter 1 - An Introduction To Circular Functions page 1
Day 2, 3, September 1 & 2 Handout for Section 1.1. - Clearing Cobwebs
